The drinks were good as usual, but I think you should consider adding more staff on weekends. Your staff seemed a bit overwhelmed when many customers came to order, and there was only one person handling everything. Today, she banged the ice tray quite loudly in frustration, and it drew attention from everyone. She later apologized, and while I understand how she felt, it created an uncomfortable atmosphere for us as customers. I would really appreciate it if you could review the staffing schedule, especially on weekends. Thank you!

I really want to highlight Nurin from Gigi Coffee she’s amazing at customer service! Every time I come, she’s the one handling me and she always makes the experience pleasant. She even suggested I add hazelnut syrup and chocolate chips to my Dark Chocolate Frappe and wow, it turned out so good! She clearly knows how to connect with customers and make great recommendations. Honestly, she deserves recognition or even a promotion for the effort she puts in. My only request for Gigi Coffee is to add more staff, because it must be stressful for just one person to handle everything, no matter how good she

First time here and I'm already in love! The service was absolutely amazing - even though the place was full of customers, the staff still treated everyone with kindness, patience, and genuine smiles. I truly appreciate how warm and attentive they were despite being busy. The drinks? So delicious! Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and you can taste the love in every sip.
